Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at HR Employer Solutions Group, a leading healthcare and medical services provider in Hollywood, Florida. As an LPN, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide quality healthcare services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team
  • Educate patients and their families on healthcare instructions, procedures, and treatments
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient records
  • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Assist with medical procedures and tests as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
  • Current and valid LPN license in the state of Florida
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
