Duties:
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of HR functions to support the organization and its employees. Your duties will include:
- Managing the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientation.
- Assisting with workforce management, including maintaining employee records, tracking attendance, and managing time-off requests.
- Providing guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Supporting change management efforts by assisting with communication and training initiatives.
- Assisting with performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
- Resolving employee conflicts and addressing employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR systems such as Taleo, HRIS, ADP, MS Office, or SAP.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of human resources management principles and best practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
- Experience in change management processes is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
