TITLE: Employee Relations Manager

GROWING company needs an Employee Relations Manager to lead all aspects of Employee/Labor Relations for the company's employees throughout the US.
SUMMARY:
- Key part of the company's Shared Services Team working closely with company leaders
- Oversee all aspects of Employee/Labor Relations for the company's employees across the US
This includes resolving workplace disputes, compliance with labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, negotiations, grievance procedure, etc.
- Lead/coach/mentor one direct report
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10 years of Employee/Labor Relations experience
- Employee/Labor Relations experience supporting employees in multiple states including experience supporting employees in California
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree
