GREAT company is looking to add a Benefits Administrator to their Total Rewards Team.

SUMMARY:
- Will support the company’s Total Rewards team in all aspects of their employee benefit programs.
-- This support includes assisting with the development, implementation, administration, communication, etc. of the employee’s benefits programs including medical, dental, life, disability and 401k.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years of benefits experience
- Project management experience
- Vendor management experience
- Knowledge of benefits compliance requirements and federal and state regulations 
- Bachelor’s Degree
