We are looking for an HVAC Sales Director to manage the sales structure and coordinate the company's performance in the US and South American markets in the energy recovery wheel and fan sector. Your role will also include increasing sales in dedicated markets (B2B, industrial, construction and OEM). Main Challenges Of The Position
Market Penetration: Successfully entering and establishing a strong presence in highly competitive markets, especially if the brand is relatively new or less known in specific regions.
Technical Complexity: Understanding and effectively communicating the technical aspects and benefits of HVAC fans and energy recovery wheels to clients who may not have a technical background.
Customer Acquisition and Retention: Identifying, acquiring, and retaining clients in a market where long-term relationships often dictate purchasing decisions.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, with a specific focus on HVAC fan products.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales goals with overall company objectives.
Market Expansion
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities
Market expansion : U.S. (especially East Coast), Northern of South America.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective targets.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture within the team.
Customer Relationship Management
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the HVAC industry.
Act as a primary point of contact for major accounts, addressing customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Sales Forecasting And Reporting
Develop accurate sales forecasts, monitor sales performance against targets, and analyze trends to make data-driven decisions.
Provide regular reports and updates to executive leadership on sales achievements and challenges.
Product Knowledge
Demonstrate a deep understanding of HVAC fan products, staying informed about product features, benefits, and applications.
Provide technical support and guidance to the sales team and customers as needed.
Budget Management
Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency in achieving revenue goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction and market success.
Must have
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus
Industrial knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HVAC and related products. Preferred experience in fans.
Professional experience: Proven experience in sales leadership, specifically within the HVAC industry
Digital/IT knowledge: SAP or ERP Systems
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
