HR1Systems isseeking a entrylevel HRIS Implementation Consultant focused onenergetic customerfocused individuals to implement Human ResourcesInformation Systems (HRIS) for a variety of vendors.
As aConsultant you will be part of a growing dynamic team responsiblefor the highquality complete implementation of our core HRMSproduct.
Qualified candidates are selfstarters with exceptionalorganizational and problemsolving skills who are highly motivatedto provide excellent customer service.
Candidates will also possessa general knowledge of payroll and / or human resource concepts andregulations and be comfortable working in a fastpaced excitingenvironment.
This is a Remote Work from Homeposition.
Primary / EssentialDuties and KeyResponsibilities :
- ProvideUKG Ready System Implementation Services toClients
- Exude confidencepassion and a strong desire for customersuccess
- Learn and become anexpert in the company implementation methodology and use thismethodology on all customerengagements
- Work closely withproject managers and client project teams to understand details ofthe project objectives to create system design and / orrecommendations
- Workwith Project Manager to analyze client business needs to determineoptimal UKG Readyconfiguration
- Consult with clientsto design build test and deploy UKG Ready functionalcomponents
- Build and deliverdocumentation necessary to effectively communicate configurationrequirements and recommendations tocustomers
- Ability to managemultiple clients launch implementations and transition post goliveprojectssimultaneously
- Set prioritiesdevelop a work schedule monitor progress towards goals and trackdailyactivities
- Effectively assistwith the transition of client to ongoing vendorsupport
- Identify risks andcommunicate issues to internal and external ProjectManagers
- Conduct consultingsessions (on the phone and inperson) while teaching ordemonstrating new skills and / or tasks to clientaudiences
- Achieve and maintainthorough knowledge of UKG Ready and other product modules withrequiredcertifications
- Provide guidance andmentoring to other consultants in areas of UKG Readyexpertise
- Achieve companyutilizationtargets
- Other duties asnecessary
Requirements
- UKG Ready CoreHR / Payroll certification (we can provide ifnecessary)
- Minimum of 1 to 2years of UKGReady activation / launch or implementationexperience
- Previous experience inprofessional services or consultingorganization
- Ability to handle multiple tasksunder tightdeadlines
- Proficient with use of standardtechnology including Microsoft Office 365 (Word Excel Power PointOutlook) project management tools video conferencing and otheronline meetingsoftware
- Experience with UKG Ready as asystemadministrator
- Other UKG Readycertifications
- Successfully manage conflictingproject priorities
- Flexible dependable and capableof operating at a high rate of delivery with minimaldirection
- A demonstrated commitment to highprofessional ethicalstandards
- Strong work ethic and sense ofpride in work efforts anddeliverables
- Strong organizational andproblemsolvingskills
- Ability to collaborate and workas part of a team
- Act as a trusted advisor to thecustomers
