Experience: Minimum 3 years’ related experience in client billing and accounting activities

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of invoices and various project management spreadsheets and reports.
•  Sound understanding of various types of billing; T&M, fee, percentage of cost and/or completion, lump sum.
•  Maintenance of project/client files.
•  Strong attention to detail required.
• Ability to follow-through on assignments to completion.
• Daily interaction with partners and project management personnel.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision a must.
• Experience in the architectural/engineering/construction industry advantageous.
• Significant experience in Microsoft Office: Word & Excel a must; Access a plus.
•  Experience in Vision software favorable.

Software

• Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and database applications required.
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam Revu.
• Familiar with Deltek Vision (Preferred).
