Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Billing Manager to oversee our billing department's operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and billing, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the billing team and ensure efficient workflow
• Oversee accounts receivable and credit analysis processes
• Manage and conduct the client fee billing process for investment advisory, financial planning, and consulting arrangements.
• Interact with custodians and technology partners as it relates to assigned tasks and projects.
• Perform reconciliations to confirm the complete collection of fees
• Conduct data entry for billing information accurately
• Perform account analysis and reconciliation
• Utilize PeopleSoft or similar software for billing tasks

Requirements:

• Experience with securities and investment advisory technology applications, preferably Tamarac.
• Experience with custodians, preferably Schwab and/or Fidelity.
• Proven experience in an invoicing and billing environment
• The ability to handle multiple assignments is critical.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must be highly detail-oriented.
• Must possess knowledge of Microsoft Office software and be highly advanced in Excel.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
