We are looking for a qualified sous chef to join the team with providing top class food at events at a venue in Birmingham. You would be assisting the team in the day to day running of the canteen and kitchen, including planning and implementation of new procedures and concepts.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all food served is of the highest quality, stock management, helping with menu compilation, supervising new staff and making sure all health and safety measures are put into practice in accordance with HACCP regulations.
Required skills:
* A high degree of knowledge of food hygiene including HACCP
* Strong commercial focus with experience in achieving high margins
* Proven experience and a passion for delivering customer satisfaction
Hours: 11:00-2200
Pay:13.50 per hour
