Summary:
As the Assistant Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of planning, managing, and executing construction projects that push the boundaries of excellence. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in estimating and budget preparation for projects.
- Spearhead pre-construction planning meetings and negotiate project subcontracts.
- Manage project schedules and milestones in alignment with project objectives.
- Foster strong client relationships and maintain open lines of communication.
- Ensure compliance with construction laws, codes, and safety regulations.
- Drive project profitability and promote Our Client's objectives and goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Commercial Construction.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of commercial construction processes, laws, and codes.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and managing project documents.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
