HRPivot is Hiring a Payroll/Human Resources Generalist Near Scottsdale, AZ
This is an onsite position at our location near the Downtown Los Angeles area***
We are seeking an Payroll/Human Resources Generalist to join our team and support our team in various HR administrative and generalist tasks. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks related to payroll and human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication abilities. What You’ll Do
Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for over 200 employees
Review and ensure the accuracy of approved timesheets
Serve as the point of contact for employees and the payroll provider for all payroll-related questions
Review and validate PTO/Sick leave requests for accuracy
Monitor and reconcile benefit premium billings to payroll deductions on a monthly basis
Assist with daily HR operations and administrative duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
Compile and update employee records (both hard and soft copies)
Utilize the iSolved software platform to hire, terminate, and onboard employees
Guide employees through the onboarding process and give presentations at monthly onboarding events
Handle employee requests via phone or email
Manage external requests such as employment and income verification
Skills And Experience You Possess
Familiarity with iSolved or similar payroll software
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
High school diploma or equivalent;
