Our Opportunity:
The HRIS Support Specialist fills an important role in the maintenance and support of the iSolved system for internal and external users. The role works closely with all departments to provide training, general Tier 1 assistance and troubleshooting across the platform, and Tier 2 implementation support for a subset of specific components such as general ledger, timekeeping, or benefits enrollment. The individual in this role has a good understanding of the needs across all departments and their interactions within the HRIS to determine the optimal system level settings and best practices in data management and setup.
