Job Posting: RN Medical Surgical (13-Week Contract)

Hours per Week:
36 hours

Shift and Time:
12-hour Night Shift, 7 PM - 7 AM

Weekend Rotation:
1 weekend shift per month

On-call Requirements:
None

Holiday Requirements:
As needed for unit coverage

Floating Requirements:
Will float as needed between 2W (Post Surgical) and 3W (M/S Tele/stepdown), both Medical/Surgical units.

Experience Required:

• 3 years of previous Med/Surg experience
• Excellent time management skills
• Prompt medicating of patients and acknowledgment of orders
• Travel experience helpful
• Rehab experience is a plus
• Ability to receive directions with a positive attitude
• Experience with Meditech 2.2

License Required:
Active TX or Compact Registered Nursing License

Certificates Required:
Active BLS and ACLS

Client Specific Details:

• Must be comfortable using Meditech 2.2
• Client may cancel up to 3 times without penalty
• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:6
• 12 hours of Orientation provided
• There will be a Teams video interview
