Responsibilities Must maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures Delivers all branch products to customers. Receives incoming shipments into inventory, posts in online system and places items in warehouse. Ships items to customers and processes internal transfers between branches. Associates is responsible for cleanliness and order of warehouse. Uses a forklift, pallet jack and other tools to accomplish tasks. Skills and Abilities This position requires mechanical inclination. Must have basic computer skills including, MS Word, Excel, Internet and Email. Possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with customers, and team-members in a professional manner. Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Requires a proficiency in math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in units of measure. Additionally, must be able to perform calculations using whole numbers, fractions and decimals. Other job duties as required. Minimum Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record 1-3 years of related warehousing or production experience A high school diploma or GED Reliable transportation is a must Ability to work overtime, as required Ability to work nights and weekends, as required Ability to pull, push, grasp, bend, lift and carry up to 50lbs independently on a repeated basis. Ability to consistently move throughout the facility during the full workday Ability to comprehend work instruction and safety procedures, written or verbally Ability to count and measure accurately Background checks and drug screening may be required (by Company, Customer or DOT requirements in working on-site and operating equipment as required or permitted by law) Preferred Qualifications Industrial setting experience Valid TWIC card, a plus B2B Delivery experience desired.
