Position Description: Organizational Background: We are a Mather, CA based IT Asset management company that specializes in reverse logistics, data security, IT equipment testing, re-marketing, and end-of-life solutions. We're on a mission to expand our reach and impact by bringing onboard a full-time dynamic Corporate Account Manager dedicated to developing future account growth and strengthening our current client relationships.
Position Overview: As a Corporate Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing partnerships. You will be the driving force behind our sales of IT asset disposal services, ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service and solutions.
This role is heavily concentrated on the new business development side of our corporate client accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Proactively source new clients from Fortune 1000 to mid-sized corporations through prospecting, cold calling, and conducting sales meetings virtually or in person.
  • Cultivate new business and maintain existing partnerships.
  • Conduct thorough opportunity qualification through research, discovery meetings, and networking, employing both traditional and innovative strategies.
  • Manage client relationships, establishing CEAR as a trusted partner.
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, and trade groups to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate strategically with management to forecast sales, pinpoint trends, and challenges, and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Skillfully handle client issues, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Prepare compelling customer presentations, proposals, service agreements, and reports, maintaining timely and effective communication.
  • Close accounts to meet sales goals.
  • Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities.
  • Other duties as assigned by the company from time to time
  • Ability to follow specific directions to resolve customer issues
  • Regular, predictable attendance is required.
  • Ability to get along and work effectively with others.
Qualifications & Abilities:
  • A self-driven individual capable of operating with minimal supervision, entrepreneurial spirit, and a relentless drive for success.
  • Experience with new business development sales cycle.
  • Ability to do lead generation, client prospecting, over multiple months sales cycles.
  • Solid understanding of IT and enterprise technology platforms with experience in IT services sales highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a skill for engaging client representatives.
  • Proven track record in cold calling and securing new business.
  • Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives, fostering client satisfaction, and teamwork.
  • Strong presence on social media platforms like LinkedIn is a plus.
  • Outstanding presentation skills, with a talent for crafting strategic messages.
  • Proficient in business forecasting and pipeline development & management.
  • Strong internet research skills with PC literacy (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
Education and/or Experience:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of Account Executive experience in the tech industry.
Availability:
  • Monday Friday 8:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
