HRV Conformance Verification Associates, Inc. is Hiring an Accounting Clerk Near Coraopolis, PA
HRV Conformance Verifications Associates, Inc. (HRV), an industry leader in materials quality assurance and quality control inspection, coatings inspection, construction management and construction inspection. HRV is seeking a full-time accounting clerk to assist HRV's accounting staff with general accounting functions such as invoicing and accounts payable/receivable.
Required Skills And Knowledge
- Solid understanding of basic accounting/bookkeeping principles
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize and plan tasks
- Ability to process and maintain sensitivities toward confidential information
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented
- Contribute as a team player
- Punctuality
- Associates/Technical Degree or higher preferred
- 3 years of accounting experience; previous work experience in a highly technical industry is a plus
- OR an equivalent combination of practical experience and education
- Experience in Unanet a plus, but not a requirement
