About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP, ABL Relationship Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and servicing a variety of mid-to-large sized ABL loans, in line with bank policies and budget objectives. This role involves actively participating in business development activities, such as outside calling, to support the growth of the bank and fostering relationships with clients. The SVP, ABL Relationship Manager will also be accountable for ensuring compliance with banking laws and regulations, as well as upholding ethical standards in all duties.Candidates for this position should have a BS degree in business, economics, or finance, with an MBA being preferred, and at least 15 years' experience as a seasoned ABL lender. Strong computer and analytical skills are essential, as is a background in customer service, including customer calling. The role requires the ability to handle complex loans, provide guidance to lender trainees, and actively develop new business within the assigned market. Excellent communication and presentation skills are also a must, as the SVP, ABL Relationship Manager will be the main point of contact for all banking matters with clients.
