Position Descriptio

n:An Agile Technical Program Manager has the fundamental capabilities with respect to planning, organizing, communicating and problem solving. An Agile Technical Program Manager also brings unique skills in leadership, analysis, critical thinking, conflict management and risk management. As an Agile Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for defining project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organizing and leading project status and working meetings; preparing and distributing progress reports; managing risks and issues; correcting deviations from plans; and performing delivery planning for assigned projects. An Agile Technical Program Manager can manage multiple simultaneous projects that are complex or high-risk and is able to develop recovery strategies for projects that stray from their plan. An Agile Technical Program Manager is also able to manage the capture of product requirements in a holistic manner and drives to meet project goals with both quality and integrity. The focus of the assigned projects is on innovating, developing and delivering new products in alignment with the Product Development (PD) product portfolio.
