HTG Supply - Full Time Sales Associate
We are hiring for a Full Time Sales and Delivery Associate to join our commercial retail team 4-5 days a week. If you have experience in the cannabis industry as a commercial grower and have a passion for gardening and growing plants, we want to talk to you! HTG Supply is looking for a passionate and highly motivated individual with hydroponic and indoor gardening experience to join our team.
What does an HTG Supply retail sales associate do?
You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through innovative product offerings, hands-on gardening knowledge, and assisting in store duties. This position will primarily assist our commercial team with fulfilling commercial orders and deliveries. The sales associate follows the manager's lead and sets the tone of the store through the advocacy of HTG Supply and our products.
You should have a strong grasp on how to cultivate a garden, operate a cash register, ability to do deliveries to customers and communicate concepts and information effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Provide Efficient, Friendly, and Superior Service
- Assist Commercial Team with Assembly of Customer Orders
- Make Deliveries of Commercial Orders 1-2 days a week
- Assist in Managing Store Inventory via Counts & Stocking
- Front & Face Inventory
- Opening & Closing procedures
- Operating Point of Sale
- Create Ongoing Relationships with Customers
- Maintain High Housekeeping Standards
- Keep a Thriving Demo Garden In-Store
Requirements: Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills are essential
- Excellent driving record
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and follow direction
- Extensive knowledge of the cannabis industry
- Commercial grow experience
- Personality that supports efficiency, hard work, and a “can do” attitude
- Must have reliable transportation
- Minimum of High School Diploma
- Experience in retail sales
- Hands-on experience with gardening and keeping plants
- Must be able to lift at least 60lbs

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
