Manufacturing Production Leadership

HTI is seeking Manufacturing Production Leadership candidates to fill several positions for a large manufacturer located near Little Rock, Arkansas.

This are onsite positions at an outdoor facility. Salary is dependent upon experience and education, and the range is approximately $80,000-$120,000.

What You Need :

• High School Diploma, College degree preferred.
• Must have 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Must be familiar with manufacturing equipment maintenance.
• Must have strong management communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office software (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. What Your Role Will Look Like :
• Directly manage production employees, processes, and maintenance requirements.
• Employee development and training.
• Manage employee schedules and time off.
• Manage and track production KPI’s, including production output, preventative maintenance, quality, safety, reliability, and costs.
• Compile and submit necessary reports.
• Ensure that all company policies and external regulations are communicated effectively and followed by production employees.
• Maintain and promote a safe work environment.
• Participate in root cause analysis and process improvement.
