** Environmental Services Aide 2 - Life Adjustment Program with Sign-On BONUS!**

**Description**
We are hiring an Environmental Services Aide 2 in our Life Adjustment Program. This position is responsible for keeping office buildings, apartment complexes, commercial or institutional buildings, restrooms, private and common areas, and outdoor program areas in clear and orderly condition at the Life Adjustment Program.
The starting wage for this position is $13 with a $1,000 sign on BONUS! This bonus will be paid in 3 separate installments. More information upon hire.
We have three (3) open positions with various schedules.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Clean rooms, offices, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways, and other areas.
- General cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting of commercial buildings, common and dining areas, etc.
- Remove soiled linens daily from client apartments and return clean linens.
- Sweep, scrub, strip, wax, and polish hard floor surfaces.
- Clean rugs, carpet, upholstered furniture and drapes.
- Dust furniture and equipment, and polish metalwork.
- Wash walls, ceiling and woodwork.
- Wash windows, door panels and sills.
- Wash, dry, and fold rags and mop heads.
- Empty trash receptacles, including all wastebaskets and ash containers; empty and clean ashtrays.
- Transport trash to disposal areas.
- Stock and replenish bathroom supplies.
- Clean and polish lighting fixtures. Replace light bulbs as appropriate.
- Pick up and dispose of outside trash from program areas, as needed.
- Shovel snow from walkways on occasion.
