**Description**

Take advantage of our NEW HIRING BONUS!! When new employees stay with us for 3 months they get $250; you'll get another $250 at 6 months. At 1 year, you will get $500! That's $1,000 after 12 months!

We are looking for full-time, part-time, and variable Resident Care Specialists at our Life Adjustment Program (LAP). This position is responsible for assisting, supporting and caring for adults with traumatic brain injuries living at the LAP campus.

The hiring range for this position is $16 to $16.80 per hour.

You will make more since we pay more to our fabulous staff working overnights and weekends, too! We offer a $1.50 overnight differential for the hours between 12AM - 6AM as well as an additional $1.50 per hour for any shifts on the weekends, between the hours of 6PM on Friday through 6AM on Monday! At least one weekend shift is required for all of our schedules, so you can enjoy that additional income. *Our schedules are designed for employees wanting and needing work/life balance!*

We have full-time and part-time day, evening, and overnight schedules available.
