The Fulfillment Coordinator (FC) assists the Operations Team in carrying out all duties related to Receiving, Put away, Inventory Control, Replenishment, Picking, Packing, Auditing, Productivity Tracking, and Shipping. Description for Internal Candidates

Monday- Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm $19.35/HR

The successful candidate will:

• Process (wave, print / organize paperwork and labels) customer orders.
• Run stock reports to check for product availability.
• Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer
• work orders, checking all orders for special requests, and post inventory records.
• Research aging orders, provide update to Operations Team.
• Complete productivity tracker (where applicable).
• Follow up with other departments to ensure the service standards are being met.
• Assure proper invoicing of accounts by verifying computer-generated invoices.
• Maintain damage records and back-order logs.
• Handle returned merchandise in an efficient manner and assure proper credit is
• given to customers.
• Oversee all paperwork associated with orders and maintain the corresponding
• files.
