Material Handler/Administrator is responsible for loading and unloading freight on our trailers in a safe and timely manner. Frequent lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying freight is required, as well as assisting in warehouse administrative duties like filing, answering calls/emails, providing customer service and completing call behinds. All necessary training and materials for this position are provided.

Hours: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:30pm ; Pay Rate: $18.50-$20/hr

The successful candidate will:

• Have leadership qualities and comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Have computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office products
• Ability to multitask
• Have strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Have previous experience or expertise in dealing with web-based software systems used for tracking information and data entry.
• Previous experience with handheld scanners
• Have experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklift and pallet jack or be able to pass the forklift certification test.
• Willing to work in a non-climate controlled facility
• Demonstrate experience with attention to detail.
• Lift a range of 5 lbs. to 50 LBS, cases consistently and up to 90lbs occasionally
• Enjoy working in a team environment.
