The Warehouse Planner Coordinator carries out many customer service duties such as responding to inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues in a prompt, courteous, and effective manner.

The successful candidate will:

• Successfully communicate with co-workers and customers both in writing and verbally with fluency in the English language
• Complete required tasks in Microsoft Office systems (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Knowledge of FedEx & UPS websites
• Returns processing, physical and systemic.
• Receive inbounds knowledge in Inventory control.
• Work independently and follow procedures/work instructions.
• Have previous success in fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment.
• Create and prepare outbound paperwork.
• Be comfortable in environment with changing priorities.
• Be comfortable with logistics terminology and familiar with shipping/receiving documents.
• Have previous experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) software.
