HUB International is Hiring a Commercial Insurance Account Executive Near Miami, FL

About the Role:

The Account Executive guides our clients through the entire quoting and binding process by obtaining all documentation needed. Account Executives are responsible for servicing new clients and managing and retaining existing clients while also maintaining valued relationships with our insurance carriers.

What You'll Do:

Client Interaction:

Provides client support with all levels of decision-makers and day-to-day representatives.

Follows up with clients to address their needs and resolve any issues or concerns.

Collect all documentation needed for quoting and binding an asset.

Prepares client renewals and new business strategies, including proposals and presentations.

Introduces new products and ensures proper resources availability within the organization for the client. Cross-sell additional coverages when beneficial.

Carrier Relationship Management:

Present assets to several markets, comparing quotes to then present the best options to our clients.

Responsible for putting all documentation together and sending the bind order to underwriting.

Follows up to ensure the policy has been bound and no further action is needed.

Responsible for renewals and taking renewals out to market.

Teamwork, Collaboration & Trainings:

Attends trainings, courses, meetings, etc. to maintain updated skills.

Collaborate and partner with Producers, Account Managers and CSRs to provide best possible service to client.

Qualifications & Experience to be Successful:

Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty License required

5 years' experience with Commercial Lines accounts and strong technical knowledge of middle market and large CL insurance

EPIC experience is a plus but not required
