12 Month Contract ($25-$27/hr)

1-3 Years of experience required

• Maintain the Grants Management Systems and database
• Monitor Grant Opportunity records within Grant Management Systems
• Review all opportunities submitted to ensure accuracy.
• Provide Administrative support and coordination related to meetings and training
• Reconcile records with projections on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy
• Manage, coordinate, and maintain filing systems; ensure proposal attachments and other frequently needed data are current
• Schedule and track payments, future payments, create invoices, pledge reminders, draft acknowledgements, and other stewardship activity
