What will your day-to-day look like?

Hubstaff Customer Support Representatives respond to customer requests over email in our ticketing system, live chats, on-screen shares, and video conferencing. CSRs report to our EMEA team leader and work collaboratively with our global team of Support Professionals.Requirements

  • Demonstrates an ability to determine solutions to complex problems

Requirements{{:}}

  • 3 years experience in customer support and 100% remote roles (SaaS Support experience - Mandatory)
  • Relevant experience working with a vast number of different software/platforms
  • Experience troubleshooting common user computer issues
  • You have an organized workplace with a modern enough computer and webcam, preferably a good microphone/headset, stable and high-speed internet, and an environment that allows you to conduct professional presentations with minimal interruption
  • While Hubstaff's working hours are flexible to your requirements, this role will be hired into the typical EST timezone (9 am—5 pm working hours, Monday to Friday)
  • Living and being able to be legally hired in the U.S.A. (preferable location{{:}} EST timezone)

    • We are looking for someone based in the U.S.A. (EST timezone) for this particular position.
    • This is a fully remote position, and the professional can expect some flexibility in their day-to-day. The typical schedule will be between 9 am EST and 5 pm EST. Providing a good work-life balance to our professionals is part of our core values.
    • Some of the other benefits our employees in the U.S.A. can expect at Hubstaff are 25 days of PTO/year, access to good private medical insurance, 401k, annual bonuses to cover expenses with equipment or training, annual salary increases (performance reviews), and access to a technical career path inside the Support team.
    • This is a Full-Time and non-exempt employment position. The hourly salary expected will be USD 22.5/Hour (annual salary shall range between 45k and 47k/year).
    • We get the whole team together on our Annual Retreats to have fun while traveling and getting to know each other! So, while 2020 had us virtually meeting because of the pandemic, we met in person in the Dominican Republic in 2022 and in Mexico in 2023, and we are now preparing an outstanding in-person retreat in Spain for this year, 2024.
