Job Description

Mental Health Coordinator - LPC, LCSW, LMFT

Location: Eloy, AZ

Number of Positions: 1

Responsibilities:

Plan and provide clinical mental health services of a non-medical nature within the facility.
Conduct mental health screenings and assessments through record reviews and clinical interviews with inmates.
Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans based on evaluation of needs and functioning levels.
Document treatment and evaluation activities in each inmate's health care record.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Apply thorough knowledge of psychological counseling theories and techniques in treatment and activities for individuals in caseload.
Provide mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions to address inmates' needs.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical area from an accredited institution.
Five (5) years of clinical experience, including two (2) years in a comparable position.
Valid LPC, LCSW, LMFT certification or licensing in the state of practice.
Valid driver's license preferred unless required by contract or statute.
Minimum age requirement: 18 years.

Compensation: $65
