Location : Eden, TX

Job Title : Mental Health Coordinator - LPC, LCSW, LMFT

Responsibilities :

• Plan and provide clinical mental health services of a non-medical nature within the facility.
• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments using available records and clinical interviews.
• Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans based on evaluation of needs and functionality.
• Document treatment and evaluation activities in health care records.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Provide psychological counseling and crisis intervention.

Qualifications :

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related clinical field from an accredited university.
• Required certifications / licensing : LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of practice.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Minimum age : 18 years.
