Accounts Payable Specialist
Description
We are looking for a methodical accounts payable specialist to join our family! As our AP specialist, you will work under the direction of our Finance Director and hold the responsibilities of processing accounts payable, assisting with payroll, verifying store deposits and other administrative duties in our finance department.

Duties
- Ensure bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures.
- Assist in ensuring payroll is processed on time and accurately.
- Ensure regular GL account reconciliations.
- Review operational transactions for reportable abnormalities.
- Assist with special projects and various reports.
Qualifications
- Associate or higher degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred
- 3-years accounting experience
- Base knowledge of US GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills
