Title:Warehouse Manager Location:George Bush Intercontinental Airport * Protects all company assets in the warehouse including non-stock merchandise.

* Coordinates with retail team to manage non-stock merchandise including supplies, furniture and fixtures.

* Recruits, motivates and continually trains warehouse personnel.

* Provides a safe and clean environment for warehouse personnel.

* Schedules warehouse operational hours to accommodate business requirements.

* Supervises and delegates tasks to warehouse supervisors

* Counts and receives incoming merchandise; reports shortages/overages to vendors in a timely manner, before required deadlines.

* Provides ongoing stock replenishment to the sales floor

* Being compliant of duty free warehouse processes

* Ensures appropriate paperwork for merchandise returns to vendors, customs and finances

* Manages, reduces and reports on damaged, expiry and outdated products for the warehouse and assist retail operations

* Organizes all damaged and outdated products for subsequent supplier credits and returns, coordinates on product destructions

* Organizes all preparatory work for quarterly press counts and annual inventory

* Leadership qualities and demonstrated organizational skills.

* Good time-management skills and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to multi-task.

* Two to four years of previous warehouse experience.

* A certificate in Warehouse Management or Inventory Management.
