Hudson & Knox has a client that provides top-notch home care services, helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life. They are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join their team in Scottsdale, AZ.

The ideal candidate will have healthcare experience, specifically in home care, and a strong background in business development.

Location: Scottsdale (Offers Hybrid schedule)

Pay: $48k plus commission

Direct hire/ Full time

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients and partners.
• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Promote our services through presentations and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns.
• Track and report on sales activities and market trends.

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE Experience in business development or sales
• MUST HAVE Healthcare experience, preferably Homecare
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
