Transdev is actively hiring bus drivers for their fixed route transit service in Nassau County, NY.We are looking for safe, friendly drivers to help passengers move around throughout Nassau Countyusing public transportation.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing :

• Drive a transit bus and transport passengers around Nassau County, NYin safe and courteous manner
• Greet passengers, ensure fare payment and maintain a safe environment
• Notify dispatch of any incidents, accidents, mechanical concerns
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

Who you are :

• 21 years old or older with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent
• A valid NY State CDL Class B or higher driver's license with full passenger air brakes in good standing is required.
• Excellent customer and communication skills
