We’re looking for a qualified part-time Marketing Assistant for Hudson Realty! The Marketing Assistant will continue current marketing efforts, work with the broker to implement additional Real Estate marketing efforts, and ultimately assist in drawing additional revenue to the companies.

We are a close-knit and hardworking team. Our awesome office is located in downtown Redlands close to all the best shops and eateries.

This is a part time position working between 15-25 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including copywriting, advertising, branding, digital marketing, email campaigns and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

Please note, the duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

Job Responsibilities:

• Craft effective email drip campaigns
• Raise community awareness by utilizing real estate farming techniques
• Manage and work CRMs, always keeping detailed documentation
• Continue to develop individual brands of each company and promote brand awareness
• Repost industry-related articles to social media accounts
• Utilize company templates to post to social media accounts
• Put together quarterly/monthly newsletters being highly attentive to proper grammar
• Maintain company websites via Squarespace
• Stay up to date on social media and marketing trends
• Compile, analyze, articulate and present data and stats of drips, posts, and campaigns
• Proofread documents for grammatical accuracy
• Adhere strictly to industry specific guidelines for advertising and social media posts (i.e. The Department of Real Estate)

Experience, Education, Skills, and Abilities:

• Experience and knowledge of traditional, digital, content, email and social media marketing
• Proficiency in the platforms listed above required
• Outstanding writing and grammar skills
• Ability to compartmentalize and market for three companies with their own brand and clientele
• A passion for marketing and branding!
• The confidence to present new ideas and suggestions to better the marketing strategy for the companies
• Industry knowledge or experience would be helpful but is not required as long as you are willing to learn the industry

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
