Job Overview : We have a new opportunity for an entry-level recruiter, supporting an educational foundation to serve as a trusted partner for Hudson RPO Americas. This role is a gateway for someone who wants to get into Talent Acquisition or Recruitment for a long-term career. We will teach you how to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process.
You will learn:
•How to Identify and Source talent through niche and highly technical sourcing processes and platforms
•Personal branding and how to create an engaging public profile to develop yourself as a thought-leader and Subject Matter Expert
•How to engage talent and effectively Headhunt while providing a best-in-class candidate experience
•How to interview / screen applications and potential candidates
•How to work with Hiring Managers to provide a consultative and supportive recruitment partnership
•How the RPO industry works and how sourcers and recruiters fit within the corporate ecosystem
You'll be someone who can bring:
•Evidence of a strong customer-service attitude
•Desire to be a problem solver, relish in a challenge, and thrive on constant learning
•Sense of Technical Aptitude for engaging with various recruitment and sourcing technology
•Ability to work inside our Tampa, FL Center of Excellence 3x per week
