Overview:

We are seeking a passionate Beauty Consultant to join our team. As a Beauty Consultant, you will provide exceptional customer service, offer beauty product recommendations, and create a welcoming environment for our clients.

Duties:

- Engage with customers to understand their beauty needs and preferences
- Provide personalized product recommendations and demonstrations
- Demonstrate product usage and benefits through effective product demos
- Utilize retail sales techniques to drive product sales and meet targets
- Maintain a clean and organized beauty consultation area
- Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling and customer inquiries
- Utilize social media platforms to promote beauty products and engage with customers

Qualifications:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Proficiency in retail math and sales techniques

-Able to use social media for marketing and post videos

-Bilingual English Spanish
- Experience in beauty product demonstrations and recommending products
- Knowledge of English language; additional languages are a plus
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy workspace and manage appointments effectively

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
