We are hiring a General Manager - Homes Services for a full-time on-site position in Boca Raton, FL.
As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our residential consumer services business. you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving strategic growth, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
• Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Strategic Planning
• Develop and execute the company's strategic plan and business objectives
• Identify growth opportunities and market trends
• Make data-driven decisions to enhance company performance
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Financial Management
• Prepare and manage the company's annual budget
• Monitor financial performance, cost controls, and profitability
• Implement cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Team Management
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred or extensive related experience
• Proven experience in a senior management role
• P&L management experience required
