Sales Representatives can expect any of the following responsibilities:
  • Identify potential customers via phone, networking and/or social media to assist them with Service and Parts needs to meet company targets.
  • Grow existing customer base.
  • Develop new strategies to grow book of business.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and superior communication skills in working with customers to set achievable expectations and profitable deals.
  • Proactively manage work activities in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and support new processes for customer and deal updates.
  • Prepare analysis, data, and documented proposal points for Sales Management approval of non-standard deals.
  • Collaborate with Service and Parts team to set reasonable expectations on timing and pricing with customers.
  • Work with fellow Outside Service and Parts Sales team to execute a sales strategy that fosters goal achievement and scalable success.
  • Deliver parts as needed.
  • Demonstrate safety at all times and adhere to all company procedures and policies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Heavy Duty Trailers/Equipment Industry
  • MVR with a clean driving record - Company vehicle provided
  • Exceptional follow up and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products; tech savvy
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Trailer/Heavy Equipment industry: 3 years
  • Sales: 5 year
  • ZOHO CRM: A plus
  • License/Certifications: if any
  • High school diploma
Great Western Trailer (GWT) is a dynamic Semi-trailer Sales, Leasing, Rental, and Service company in significant growth mode. With 10 locations across 8 states, we are planning expansion into other sites in our current footprint, as well as other locations across the country.We have operations in Fontana, CA; Albuquerque, NM; Phoenix, AZ; Grants Pass, OR; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Dearborn, MI; Salt Lake City, UT; Oklahoma City, OK; and Tulsa, OK.
Compensation: $24k base salary with an uncapped commission structure
Pay Range
$80,000.00 Annually to $110,000.00 Annually
