Huff Management is Hiring a Property Manager (Part-time) Near Brent, AL

Property Management Company seeks property manager for part-time property manager position (24 hrs per week) for an apartment complex located in Brent, AL.

Work Schedule: Mon, Wed, and Friday (8am-5pm daily). Off on Tues/Thurs.

The property manager is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the assigned residential housing complex (or complexes), including but not limited to, property accounting, leasing, marketing, and maintenance functions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have valid DL and reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a criminal history, credit and reference checks prior to starting employment.
  • Previous residential property management experience at a tax credit property preferred.

Pay & Benefits

  • 24 hrs per week.
  • $15-$16 per hour, depending on experience.
  • $35 per paycheck fuel reimbursement $15 per paycheck cellphone reimbursement provided.
  • Position is eligible for paid time off and paid holidays.

**Housing is not offered with this position.**

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
