Job DescriptionHugh Creed Associates, INC., P.A. is currently seeking a responsible, knowledgeable, and detail oriented individual to join our LAND DEVELOPMENT department in the Greensboro, NC area as an AutoCAD (Civil 3D) Technician or Civil Engineer. Candidate must be able to work in a team environment as a member of the Engineering staff assisting in the performance of Land Development, Including New Subdivision Design (Rural Subdivisions, City Subdivisions, Townhomes, etc.), Site Plan Design (Stormwater, Parking, Erosion Control, Grading, etc.), and Surveys (ALTA, Plats, Residential, Boundary, etc.). The position has OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVANCEMENT for motivated individuals willing to learn the skills and technology required of a Land Development Professional.
