Job Description
- Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
- Evaluate workload and distribute amongst all shifts
- Oversee, train, and mentor team in best practices and compliance
- Enforce standards of safety and maintain a clean work environment
- Evaluate employee performance and skills, and provide coaching as needed
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- Collaborate on parts needs and work order planning
- Provide emergency repairs and conduct scheduled maintenance
- Education : Associates Degree in an engineering or business-related field, an apprenticeship program, or technical school, preferred
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years in a technical field
- Software: Intermediate computer skills
- Expertise: Strong math, mechanical, electrical, and managerial skills
- Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, or bending for 90% of each shift and manual lifting up to 50 pounds
