Job Description
- Install, maintain, and repair production machines and plant equipment
- Perform emergency and scheduled maintenance during production
- Utilize mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and welding skills effectively
- Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- Interpret equipment manuals and work orders for maintenance tasks
- Diagnose malfunctions, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust as needed
- Perform preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities
- Identify and report operational issues promptly to supervisors
- Education : High School Diploma or GED required, apprenticeship preferred
- Experience : Minimum of 4 years of manufacturing maintenance experience
- Expertise: Strong mechanical, pneumatic, fabrication, and industrial skills
- Physical Requirements: Standing or walking for entire shift and manual lifting up to 50 pounds
