Hughley's Southern Cuisine is Hiring a Food Truck Staff Near Aiea, HI
Hughley's Southern Cuisine (99-080 Kauhale St. Aiea, HI 96701) is looking for staff to join our Food Truck Team. For this team, staff must be a US citizen and able to pass a background check to obtain security access to Joint Base Pearl Harbor. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.
Required Availability:
- Monday thru Friday - 8:00a to 2:00p -- with the exception of federal holidays.
Responsibilities
- Take customers' order and prepare them quickly and accurately while providing excellent customer service
- Keep work areas, counters, and equipment clean
- Perform food preparation tasks as needed
- Start a generator and open propane tanks (you will be trained to do both)
- Safely and properly drive the truck to and from the restaurant (you will be trained to do so)
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a security/background check to obtain access to Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
- Knowledge of all health and safety regulations pertaining to food
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
