Business Operations Manager
3-6 Month Contract
Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid - 1 day/week on-site)
Pay Rate: $50-$60/hr W2 (Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, LTD Insurance)

We are seeking a dynamic Business Operations Manager to lead and optimize the operations of our client's large, high-performing department. In this pivotal role, you will drive efficiency, improve quality, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
What you'll do:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with department goals and organizational objectives.
- Financial Stewardship: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost management to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and implement best practices to improve overall performance.
- Team Building: Foster a high-performing team culture, providing mentorship and development opportunities.

What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree required.
