Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing restoration and repair projects on condominiums
• Bachelor's or greater in construction or civil engineering related field required
• Able to act as owner's representative to oversee projects
• Experience with concrete restoration and rehabilitation
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Able to manage construction on multiple projects to include contractors, contracts and bidding
• Strong leadership qualities
• Deadline and detail-oriented
