POSITION TITLE: Salesforce Developer ( Christian Pro Life Organization )
CLASSIFICATION: Exempt
TYPE: Full time - ONSITE IN PLANO, TX
REPORTS TO: IT Director
SUMMARY:
The Salesforce Developer is a pivotal role in Human Coalition's mission to end abortion by assisting in rescuing children and serving families across America. This role serves as a crucial link between our internal IT management and external Salesforce architecture vendors, facilitating effective collaboration and technical integration.
ESSENTIAL:
- Design, configure, develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce software solutions.
- Act as a technical liaison between IT management and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment of technical solutions with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with business analysts, end-users, and IT personnel to create and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
- Manage and oversee Salesforce-related projects involving external vendors, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Evaluate and manage vendor performance, including contract negotiation and relationship management.
- Provide training and support to internal staff to increase organizational self-reliance on Salesforce solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, applying continuous learning to all projects.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Passionately aligned with the mission and vision of Human Coalition
- Comfortable in creating trusting relationships within all levels of the organization
- Proven experience in project and vendor management within a Salesforce environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Desire to serve others
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of two years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong foundational skills in Salesforce development and administration.
- Familiarity with SKUID, Workato, and HIPAA compliance is advantageous but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and regulatory environments.
