Donor Engagement Coordinator OpportunityAre you passionate about coordinating fundraising initiatives? We are looking for a Donor Engagement Coordinator to join our team at The Family. In this role, you will be responsible for managing fundraising logistics, including fundraising letters, Day Sponsorships, supporting on-air fundraisers, key supporter interactions, and more. Your efforts will be instrumental in implementing effective donor strategies to enhance donor engagement and support for The Family.
Responsibilities
- Manage all fundraising channels for The Family, such as fundraising letters, events, Day Sponsor activities, and capital project campaigns.
- Collaborate with various departments to align fundraising initiatives with the ministry's vision, voice, and brand direction.
- Work with the CEO, approved consultants, and vendors to develop donor strategies and messaging to meet fundraising goals.
- Craft fundraising appeal and thank you letters in alignment with Biblical values and ministry guidelines.
- Coordinate on-air fundraising initiatives with staff and consultants to ensure successful events.
- Organize logistics for fundraising events and key supporter activities, both pre-event and on the day of the event.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, be spiritually grounded, and knowledgeable about the Bible.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in non-profit organizational fundraising; experience in non-commercial radio fundraising is a plus.
- Strong desire and ability to learn new systems, methods, and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite.
