Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a per-diem PT to join our team within an ultra luxury assisted living facility on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The therapist will be joining a small team treating patients within the assisted living facility (ALF). Therapists are provided access to a fully stocked gym, designed Spear office space and mentorship/communication with therapists currently treating in the facility.Therapists are responsible for setting clear expectations for your patients’ clinical progress, executing treatments as promised, and providing items or documents such as Home Exercise Programs. Therapists are expected to execute a high standard of clinical excellence while maintaining 5-star customer service, because a passion for your craft is turned into real impacts when you deliver on your promises.
