PRIMARY JOB ACTIVITY:
1) Handle all intake new clients as they phone in.
2) Closely monitor your lead sources (email, text, phone) and respond to them immediately recording as you go.
3) Tag what you need to as you go (referral source, veteran status)
4) Utilize Dropbox for contract signatures
5) Set repeat follow up activity for yourself and others. Use calendars and alarms if you need them but stay on top and track it.
6) Prepare weekly report and report on it in our team meeting. Record your inflow numbers and key performance metrics on the sheet we give you (everyone here does).
You will be responsible for slow progressing client leads forward because they LOVE talking to you. We can give you scripts and training but you need to be able to pull it off.

If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent organization and problem-solving we are for you. Your resume format and spelling and capitalization will tell us that honestly.

WORK STYLE: You must be able to be on the phone 80% of your workday/eve at a computer desk... working to expand the data in our CRM Database. The other hours you'll be participating in meetings or other tasks.
HOURS: Negotiable but M-F or T-S would be great. A few evenings could work too.
Other office staff are there 9-5 M-F.
